Terms of use.

Agreement.

These terms apply when you play a Just So Games game (currently Exact Path, Level and Roll) on any device or on the web, and when you use justsogames.com. By playing or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Your licence to play.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and play our games for your own enjoyment, not for commercial use. You may stop at any time. We may end this licence if you break these terms.

App store terms.

If you get a game from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you get it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Where those terms conflict with ours for the store's own services, theirs govern.

Purchases.

Our games are free to play. Each offers Supporter, an optional one-time purchase that opens extras in that game, and optional tips, which open nothing. Apple or Google processes every purchase under their terms, including their refund policies. A purchase belongs to the store account that made it and to that one game: it restores on any device signed in to the same account in the same store, but it does not move between the App Store and Google Play, or between our games. If a payment is refunded, the extras close again. We don't sell subscriptions.

Fair play.

Please don't:

• scrape, copy or republish our puzzles, in bulk or for commercial use;
• reverse engineer, modify or redistribute our games;
• misuse this website, for example by trying to disrupt it or access parts that aren't public.

Sharing your results, screenshots and how much you enjoyed a puzzle is always welcome.

Our content.

The games, puzzles, artwork, sounds, the names Just So Games, Exact Path, Level and Roll, and this website belong to Just So Games. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond playing the games.

Daily puzzles and changes.

We work hard to make every puzzle fair and fun, but the games and puzzles are provided as is and as available. We may update, change or retire a game or feature, including daily puzzles, at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability.

To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about our games or this website, express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
